I do not know what building you have, but if Jambo, it is impossible to get a parking lot view with standard view, which are either pool or partial savanna view. If Kidani, view is road (and possibly some small parking lots since most parking is under the building), back of the bus station, front entrance, pool area, or partial savanna view.
Also, guests can avoid check-in at the resort these days. If your account is set up in mydisneyexperience.com and the reservation has been put in that account, you can do online check-in up to 60 days in advance, get magic bands mailed to you, put your smartphone number in the check-in for text messages. and then instead of checking in at the resort, they will just send you a text message on your arrival date when your room is ready and room number, and you can then go directly to room as your magic bands are your room keys. If you already have your magic bands, you can still do online check-in now. If you have not yet personalized your magic bands in your
MDE account, then they will not have been sent yet and it may be too late to have them sent but you still might want to try.
Based on number and location of rooms in standard view, your chances of getting parking lot view at Jambo are zero, and your chances of getting road, small parking lot or back of the bus station view at Kidani are about 40%.
