Does anyone know if the Sunday MS hours have started yet?

Effective Sunday, Feb 3, 2008, Member Services hours are Sunday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET.

I found it interesting that the Sunday hours are not mentioned in the new planner. It still has Mon.-Sat. hours only in there and says MS is closed Sundays and Holidays.

Although that makes it tougher for those not on the East Coast, I think the tradeoff of two days over the weekend worth it.

I already tried to call during the late hours last Thursday and got a recording, telling me that MS was closed . Being on the West Coast, I was disappointed to find out that MS will close every day at 2:30 PM Pacific! Also, I thought that I could still call last week before the new hours took effect, but no such luck. Oh well!

No, I believe that the Saturday hours have already changed to begin at 9am Eastern time.
