Sunday, February 20 Crowded?

Should we go? I need a quick response, help! I won't be staying on-site (no fotl for me ) so I need to know whether it will be too crowded this Sunday, since its after President's day (College Spring Breaks and all) Thanks for sharing any experiences.

I'm assuming you mean Sunday, Feb. 22nd. I don't know how crowded it will be, but we'll be there.

Mardi Gras in New Orleans is 2/24, so a lot of locals head to Orlando during that time to escape. Just a heads up...

Thanks for the heads up, I think we've decided to wait till first of May, I REALLY hate large crowds and long waits. Have fun, hope I'm being overly cautious.

Or you could by the express pass. But staying on site is cheaper if you have a family.

May is good too, if you avoid Memorial week-end. You're gonna miss Mardi Gras tho! Maybe not that bad this year.

It has been monstrously crowded the past week, so I expect the 20th-22nd to be equally so. I am wondering if it is going to slow down or stay heavy. If colleges are starting their breaks, then it will remain a consistent heavy (30+ min waits).

Thanks everyone, I thought that it would be too crowded but was hoping since it was still in the early weeks of Spring Break that it might not be too bad. I'm glad I've changed my mind. College Spring Break alway starts the week after President's Day and then its just plain crowded til after all the High School Breaks and Easter has past. So early May is my new plan. We went at that time last year and it was great. Mostly no waits til late afternoon then a few things had 20 minute waits but by then we had already been on everything.
