Here it is
Mexican Crookpot Chicken
4 -5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans , drained
1 (15 ounce) can corn , drained
1 (15 ounce) jar salsa
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
4 ounces nonfat sour cream
Directions:
1 Place all ingredients except cream cheese and sour cream in crock pot.
2 Cook on low 6 hours or on high 4 hours.
3 Last 45 minutes add sour cream and cream cheese.
I usually serve this over rice. And sometimes I serve it in a soft tortilla shell making it a chicken soft taco.
