Well it looks like some of the best places are closed e.g. Hue and the one that was at Hyatt Cypress Gardens or have I read that wrong?

We are really interested in a Sunday brunch and wondered if anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks

Have you considered the Gospel Brunch at House of Blues?

We did it a couple of years ago and loved it. We didn't eat anything for 24 hours afterwards, as we were so full! The food was excellent.

I also hear that Crave is good for Sunday brunch at Mall at Millenia, but we haven't tried it yet.

Crave looks good indeed - thanks for that I shall go in search of reviews.

We finally got round to trying the Sunday Brunch at Crave last year and can highly recommend it. ::yes:: Fantastic selection of food and unlimited orange mimosas. :thumbsup2 It's now on our must do list for this year. Go for it!

Oh that was disappointing...I'm reading some very mixed reviews about Crave hmmm time to look for something else.

I'm reading alot about the unlimited mimosas and the selection of food but the mixed reviews are really putting me off and I was looking for a more upscale brunch happy to spend $50 a head. Not too bothered about the alcohol.

I was just looking up La Coquina at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress as I had heard that served an amazing upscale brunch, but you're right, it does seem to have closed. Shame.:(

Gaylord Palms has a Sunday brunch, with or without alcohol! It's an option you can add :)

The price is $38 excluding tax for each adult. I think the Cheesecake Factory at Mall of Millenia also serves a Sunday brunch.

We've brunched a couple of times at the Gaylord. It was really good, but the first time we went there was a magician that came round to each table and did close up magic, but last year they had stopped that. The food is endless and we all really enjoyed it.

I looked into this for our last day, when we won't have theme park tickets, and had just the same disappointment that the good ones seemed to be closed.

I think I've decided to do lunch at http://www.fogodechao.com/ instead. I'm not that bothered about the breakfast food elements of a brunch and was more interested in the 'other stuff'. A final red meat overdose before we board the plane! I also found La Hacienda at the Mission Inn resort, but its a bit out of Orlando, and the wrong direction for the airport, so not a contender for us.

Considering the Gospel Brunch and love Kirk Franklin... is he really there? Who played?

We checked it out and thank you it looked fab - however maybe it was the holiday weekend (Sunday before Labor Day) but I couldn't get a booking for the time we wanted so now we've made new plans for the day - going to do a Buffet Sunday.... breakkie at Bomas, then late lunch at Biergarten I love the salad bar there and Cinderfella the DH loves the meat on offer (although neither of us have done this restaurant in years!) then it's onto the Dessert Party at Tomorrowland in the evening!

Always good to get another recommendation and it sounds great and I think we would love to try this on one of our next trips

Another one for Gaylord Palms and also for an evening buffet in the Villa de Flora, check out sample menus at http://www.marriott.com/hotelwebsites/us/m/mcogp/mcogp_pdf/Villa de Flora Menus.pdf

And see page 3 for the Sunday Brunch and it's very close to Disney.

Oooo an evening buffet... hmm now THAT is tempting!

May not be the sort of thing you are looking for but Raglan Road do a Sunday Brunch - menu looks pretty good

I did look at Raglan Road and I hear it's very good - however I was looking for more of an upscale buffet. Oh and you know what i really wanted to do but you need a minimum of 6 peeps is the Sunday Roast at Raglan Road...maybe a fun thing for me to do with some of my American friends but in a cooler month like December.

Thanks again for all the replies.
