The Cast: Me 30 something total planner for holiday
DW 30 something likes a quiet life
DD 13 going on 21 total poser
has an answer for everything
DS 10 nearly 11 loves soccer and winding us up
Today we wanted to get up early so we could get a good swim time so I got every one up for 7 am and called for a taxi 7.30 am, okay heres the scary part our driver didnt know where DC was he asked the guys at the front of RPR for directions I think they where pretty stunned as well one guy told him u know where SW is then head for there its opposite it so off we headed not so sure of ourselves any more but not too worry 15 min later we arrive $15 incl tip it was already busy we checked in and where told 9 am swim time good we thought now if u remember I upgraded to swim only on Monday, we went and got our juice & coffee then had our picture taken then it was off on the path to get our suits etc all was going well got sorted turned up at the cabana 15 min early then the problem arose the guy who checked us in for some reason only allocated me a swim not family as well so we to trudge all way up to main reception again to sort it out it was sorted out in 5 minutes but I was angry as it was obvious it was a silly mistake there was no apology just oh its because u upgraded this time when give our passes I looked at everyones and yet again another mistake as I had paid for 14 days SW & BG yet all passes only had 7 days SW so after 5 more minutes rectified this still no apology we now had a new swim time of 12.05 pm still a good time, we decided to relax on the beach and sun bathe until our swim time it was a very nice warm day the time passed quickly for our swim. Our dolphin was LaToyah she was brilliant it was a great experience and lots of fun, after the swim u are taken in to see the photos they have taken we bought the video 4 key rings and 5 photos $170 I thought that was pretty good for the money, we then headed off for lunch this was superb plenty to chose I had a nice glass of chardonnay as well only $3.50. We then headed over to the stingray pool and swam with them it was good we then let the kids play in the pool while we relaxed by the beach, later in the afternoon the kids bought their mum an ice cream as it was mothers day in the UK, one tip if u buy your photos pick them up early at closing its pretty busy we picked ours up an hour before closing and when we where leaving park it was mobbed we decided to leave about 4.30 pm to go over to SW as they where having a country festival on way out of park we headed into gift shop so a few dollars lighter we got the jeep over to SW. SW was pretty busy we saw the circus show this was pretty good had a complimentary bud and talked over our day while listening to the big concert going on, we got the bus back at 7.00 pm it was running late so we didnt get back to RPR till 7.45 pm we decided to get Flippers as we where all tired unfortunately for us it was a fiasco as the order was taken but not delivered we had to call after an hour to discover who ever took our order hadnt processed it so we reordered they gave us a discount as apology but it took a total of 2 hours for us to get our fast food spot the irony anyone by 11 pm we where asleep it was a good day one thing I would say at places like DC they give the impression they listen but they showed that its only for show found this a lot at a few places in Orlando its not disparaging the people as i think u get it a lot in many places its pretty annoying
