Sun June 13 exercise thread

sooooo who did what today?
after I took DS to the local park/beach I came home and walked for 1.5hrs

I did a total of 5 miles on the TM - 3 miles this afternoon, then 2 miles this evening.

DH and I walked 5.5 miles this morning. This evening we ran two miles and I did intervals on the elliptical for 10min. When we got home, I did arm and ab work.
