YIKES.![]()
I'm a little surprised by some of these responses.
Like Hilary, I don't really go by the number on the scale, because that can be dangerous sometimes, I just go by how good I feel.
Like right now, I've gained a bit of weight since the beginning of uniersity (freshmen 15! YIKES) and I'd like to tone it. Not necessarily "get rid of it" just tone it, so I can feel great in a bikini again and fit into my pants form last year!!![]()
I plan on doing that by workouts (i've got a GREAT gym on my campus! lucky) and trying to cut down on the sweets (which is REALLY tough for me!! i have little to no will power when it comes to sweets!)
i'm not gonna go on a serious diet though, because i've got some big ol' lady parts, which i don't want to lose, and if i go on an extreme diet those'll be one of the first things to go!!
so i think working out is my best bet for a great body & a great attitude.
I love chocolate and sugar.
It is going to be hard for me. I am in good shape, but I have a family history of diabetes, and I really wanna reduce my chances.
