We used to go to Cape Cod alot as a kid. I'm talking way back in the 60's & 70's! I can still taste those clams at Baxters Warf (don't know if that is still there.)
We usually stay pretty close to home in the summer - way too busy with 4 kids playing golf, baseball and soccer and us playing golf and baseball and ball hockey! We just call the many, many hours we spend at the golf course holidays.
We like to get away in the winter when it is snowy, blowy and cold!
I am quite excited to say that we will be going to Hawaii July 22. SO has a convention to attend for 3 days in Oahu. For Christmas, his VERY generous boss got me a plane ticket to join him. After Oahu we are headed to Maui for five days, where again his generous boss is putting us up in the Grand Wailea for 5 nights. A trip of a lifetime for me!!! Although, this means no Disney this year.....I think I will survive!!
Driving up the coast to San Francisco in July for DH2B's 30th Birthday!
I'm so excited! He's never been, but has always wanted to go and I haven't been in years!
Probably to WDW (July). We always spend a week in the eastern part and a few days over the west coast.
Though dad has said we would go to a cruise. *shrugs*
End of May,we'll be heading to Maine for a couple of nites, then on to North Conway ,New Hampshire and the beautiful White Mountains.
After that,we'll spend the summer at our cottage in Nova Scotia on the Bay of Fundy.
In November,we'll be off to WDW and OKW,I"m counting the days,as you can see!
DH and I are having a romatic short break in Ireland, then in July/August we are hoping to take the kids to Florida and stay at Vero Beach. no WDW plans for this year.
