No one but Disney marketing knows the answer to this.

Prior to the economic downturn, Disney rarely offered any kind of discount during the peak summer period. There have been AP discounts and Florida resident discounts, but nothing for average visitor.

I think that they will be playing things close to the vest and if bookings for those months aren't up to expectations, they will bring out some kind of offer. I got a room only PIN code recently and it went up to 12/24. But one of the blackout periods is for 6/5-8/20. I guess that a lot of people who put off that family trip to Disney the past couple of years are making the treck this summer.

Just keep yours eyes open for discounts. The current offers end 3/27. I expect the next discount to come out within a week of that booking window closing.
