I see the language did confirm it is one day per park (1 EP, 1 HS, 1 AK). A couple articles muddled that.
Limit one admission per theme park and one theme park per day—for a total of 3 admissions, on 3 separate days. Tickets may not be used to enter the same theme park more than once. Not valid for admission to Magic Kingdom park.
After running numbers and thinking about our June trip, I think we decided to buy a 3 day hopper from BWT for only $236 more than the 3day ticket offer plus an MK ticket. I am ok having one less day if we can hop and use that day off for something else.
So costing it out we are fortunate we can start on an $89 dollar per day, add in the Magic Kingdom for 179 and with tax it will be $475 for us vs a 4 day ticket of $636 inc tax. to visit each park add in the room only discount we got first of the year and it looks like some serious savings. While I would have liked to have seen a 4-day promo ticket this still works out well for us.

Great news! We are running those numbers as well. The savings of the 3day park ticket plus an MK ticket was there over a 4 day base ticket from BWT ($426 savings).
And for people who will be there from mid August on, adding a MNSSHP ticket might be a good alternative to a separate MK ticket! You can enter the MK at 4pm.
Good deal. Last summer they had the 3d / 4d deal; with 4d, you were basically paying $129 to add on the MK. However, the 3d ticket was sold at a steeper discount via third parties, so adding on the MK was closer to $150 (unless you purchased direct).
Just to set the record straight for everybody it is not true that half of AK is closed. The only portion closed right now is the area where the arcade games were located.

Right, the only ride lost is Tricera-Top Spin (and maybe if you wanna count Primeval Whirl, but that's been gone for a while). Also, the Bug's Life theater is closed. Everything else at AK is operational and open (though Dinosaur will be closing at some point). That's still not even clsoe to half of the park though.

I was really hoping for the 4 ticket deal. we used that offer in Sept 2023 it saved a ton of $$. Its just a pain to add another ticket for MK. I am holding out to purchase our tickets until after Easter. Just to see what happens. fingers crossed!
Any thoughts or rumors at this point on whether or not the 4 day magic ticket will be released? I have a little time as we aren't going until July, but the later it gets the more I'm thinking it's just going to be the 3 day this year. They are continuously releasing promos though so maybe there's still some hope???

So for those looking to get as close to last years deal as possible. I bought my 3-day, 3-park tickets from Undercover Tourist for my family of 4. They are currently offering $20 in dinning dollars per ticket. The dining dollars can be used at the dining dollars website to buy $100 Disney gift cards for $85, so I bought $500 worth of Disney Gift Cards for $425 using 75 of my dining dollars. I then used my gift card to buy a 1 day tickets to MK on Disney's website.
Costs
3-day, 3-park tickets 4 adults with tax $1105.08
1-day MK 4 adults ticket using Disney Gift Card 687.56 ($762.56 - $75 saved on Disney Gift card)
Total 4 adults $1792.64
Last Years Promo for 4-day, 4-Park Ticket for 4 adults $1686.96 ($396 per ticket plus tax)
So $105.68 more than last years deal.
Hope this helps for those looking to recreate last year's deal.
If You have a BJ's membership you could save another $15 buying Disney gift cards
