Summer swap sign ups

This also my first swap so I hope they are up to par with all the great work I've seen from all of you.


Well it's off to slumber land now and then on to my 20 mats for the Holiday Season. I'm sure the mats will take me longer to do.

Hope they are okay. I am so worried about this since it is my first swap. You'd think I was sending my DD off somewhere. But, I have seen how talented you other ladies are and I don't know if I am up to your caliber. Oh well it's all for fun right!

I'll work on the mats over the weekend at the crop I'm going to then I can buy some cool stuff to make them with or use their die cut a machine to make some cool embelishments.

yay! I finished my 4th of july paper piecings today, they came out pretty cute, I think. I got to use all of my new toys too, which of course was very exciting! wire, glue dots, magic tape.... it was a fun afternoon. I must say, I really like the wire writer and jig thing. Well, off to finish the other set of tags for the summer part, I did one set, now I'm just waiting for inspiration to hit me for the other one. maggie

I'm almost done with my summer journal boxes, got one set done and nearly finished with the other set. But I'm still trying to figure out what to do for the holiday borders. I think I won't do anything for 4th of July though. It seems we'll be getting plenty for that holiday so I'll choose another one.

I was a way for a few days.
Anyway I realized I counted wrong for the swap. We have a total of 9 in each group. If you already mailed me or completed your items and made 8 that is fine. I will just swap mine back out. I guess when I counted I forgot to include myself!

Spinning, I am getting ready to send you my holiday squares, & I realize I need to send a SASE. What size? And how do I know ahead of time how much postage to put on it? I also have a note to myself to send $2.00. Right? Anything else ? Thank you!!

Hi Judith you need an envelope big enough to hold everything. I think they sell a 12x18 pr something like that You have to remember you will be getting titles and borders back that are 11 inches, but I know if some of the swaps they take up almost 12. You just put your address on the return envelope. Then I will use the $2 for postage and if it cost less I will put the change in the envelope. Or if you want you can enclose stamps which ever is easiest for you.
Also if you can include a piece of card board would be helpful to prevent bending.
