Summer PM EMHs?

We have PAPs and are planning a bonus summer trip this August, mostly to hit the water parks, but I'd also like to hit up the parks mostly in the evenings because of the heat. Looking at park hours, the parks will still mostly close at 9 or 10 pm. How are the crowds at PM EMHs in early August? I know the general school of thought is to stay away from EMH parks because they draw more crowds, but wasn't sure if that rule always applied. Thinking we'd do at least 2 FP+ selections, maybe all 3 - like 6-7 pm, 7-8 pm, 8-9 pm and then do what we can for EMH. Any parks better or worse than the others for evening EMH?

Last August Magic Kingdom Evening Magic Hours were like a normal park operating day. We never noticed any difference in crowd levels. We were there August 1 - 18. Evening Magic Hours at Epcot were busy but crowds died off as it got closer to 11. We rode everything we wanted to.
