Summer dining hours?

I can't find any clear information about how late the in-park dining options are open in summer, when the parks are open to 10 p.m. We tend to be late diners in the summer, as in 8 p.m. or later. I know that CityWalk restaurants will be open and I assume the hotel restaurants will be, but what about the sit down restaurants in the parks, like Finnegan's and Confisco's? Or nicer counter service like Three Broomsticks and Thunder Falls? What about the food carts for things like popcorn refills? I read something that suggests everything closes up at 5 p.m., and other things that suggest closing times of 7 or 9?

It might have changed but some of the park eateries started closing half hour prior to park closing hours

Finnegans would do the last seating about 30 -45 minutes prior to park closing last time I ate there last fall

Bolaungie near the front of the park at the Studios last fall, stayed open half an hour after park closed

(I assume they did so to sell off the daily foods already prepared and the bakery goods)

When I try to make a reservation (trying a variety of dates) for Confisco's, the latest it will let me reserve is 6:45. Mythos is 8:00. Lombard's is 7:00. Finnegan's is 8:15. So it looks like different closing times for different places.

Quick service should stay open until park closes or very close to it.

When I looked it said Mythos was only open for lunch, is it defintely open for dinner? We would try it one night for dinner if its open.

Mythos has some seasons they do an early dinner hour with ending at 7:00
in the past

It is one restaurant that has such a change of hours at different times

What I do is eat at Mythos between 1:30-2:30

Not crowded and prompt service
Most times I do a walk up and always seated within minutes

All of the restaurants have different closing hours
Seems like the ones in front of the park stay open later

Easier to clear out the back of the park
near closing time then when the eateries are closed prior
