Summer crowds with/without universal express?

What are typical lines like last week of June (25th and on) with and without universal express?

I have only been to Universal once and it was in May so have never experienced summer crowds. Trying to decide if we should go or not.

once it is late June, parks will have more peeps in them.
when school is let out, families take vacations.

but, June has less crowds than July and August.



with the opening of HP2 this coming summer, i am sure there will be more crowds than last year.

whenever a new ride, attraction, etc is opened, many come to experience it.

We've been going in July for the last 4 years and the summer crowds are pretty thick. First year we went without EP and never again. With HP new it will be even more crowded. My vote, I would go for the EP. The lines get really, really long after the first couple of hours.

crowds are pretty heavy in June and with Harry Potter expansion opening summer 2014 ( likely June ) it will be mobbed
