Summer comps???

Ok, super frustrated.

Was furloughed, then let go, then rehired. They reput the spouse in on dependents, but not children so the numbers were wrong.

Tried calling ticketing and it was a 4-hour wait so will try later.
 
Our store closed on Monday, the last pink and green store left. Rumor has it that Michigan Ave and Aurora Outlet Mall in Illinois are getting their calls tomorrow. They are phasing us out, and it sucks!

call cast ticketing, they will verify if your comps are showing and then email them to you. Everyone in our store has had to call to get theirs emailed and we were told to make sure our emails were up to date before closing.
 
I'm wondering for those of us that had their stores close, when we will we be getting ours. They told us on the phone call to make sure our emails were up to date so they could email them to us....so far nothing 🤷‍♀️

We waited on hold for 4 hours and gave up. What number did you call?
I was just going to ask the same question. I don't have hours to wait on the phone to get these tickets. Would also like to know what number was called and how long the wait was.

I can no longer get on the HUB...do you know the number I need to call?

Thank you for the information. I called last night, was on hold for just over two hours, but I got my two summer comp tickets.
 
Super disappointed in Disney right now.

We finally got ahold of ticketing after another 2 hour wait. We explained that my husband were furloughed and then let go in December. He asked back in June.
When we checked summer comps there were only 2 instead of 4. We looked online and Disney had the spouse Information, but for some reason, our children were no longer listed.

The cast member says he can see that we always received 4 and only got 2 this time however it was our responsibility to make sure the dependents were still correct. We said we were never made aware of this since it has been correct for 8 years and the spouse info was still in there and correct. When my husband was rehired he was not told to recheck anything. He was told everything was status quo. He said this to the ticketing cast member who didn't have an answer.

He said sorry, they will not do anything and will not give the 2 tickets.

I think we are just more than frustrated right now about everything going on.
 
They always tell us to verify our defendants and personal information. Hopefully your husband has fixed it now and when the next group comes out, he will get all 4 tickets. It does seem that they could have given him the extra 2 but I guess the CM didn’t want to do that.

Or the CM might not have had the ability to do so...
 
Looks like alot of former TDS CMs got an email with their summer comps, myself included. This was without calling or emailing to request them. The only thing was there were two, not three like I was getting all the time. I made sure my dependents were up to date before closure. Oh well 2 is better than none I guess.
 
I was getting 3 but one time I only got 2. Gave up trying to figure out why, it went back to 3 the following distribution. I didn't change anything, info was correct.
 
Oddly, I got an email with my comps as well but I had already called. I do know that management in my store was emailing HR regarding the ticket problems and told them we were on hold for 3-4 hours. Maybe HR was beginning to get a lot of those calls and was finally able to get the kinks worked out. Also, our seasonal from last holiday that were made permanent didn’t get ANY comps. One of them has been trying to no avail.

i do not understand how these things are happening, they have been closing stores for most of the year, I would like to think they “knew” how to do it without the cast being made to feel so annoyed. I will say that personally, I called the minute I found out comps had gone out and got mine emailed with very little wait time. However, many of my fellow cast mates didn’t do that, and wound up very frustrated. I am unsure of how I feel about Disney right now. Part of me really wants to join the company again in the future as I feel they will bring the stores back, yet the other part of me feels like I am just a number in the company and without any real “connection” to the powers that be, we were disposed of very easily. I miss seeing my fellow cast mates and our regular guests yet am relieved the stress of “will our store be on the next closing list” is finally gone. I am sure I am not Aline in these feelings either.
 
When most of the stores closed, there was no comp issue. Because when we closed March, April, May, June, we didn't get any summer comps. We didn't earn them. So it was just the last laid off bunches of CMs who were in this (somewhat fortunate) situation.

Glad to read it is working out, even if it takes hours on the phone.
