Well I was down 4.5 lbs this week. Sure its good but I'm not getting too excited yet. We will see how next week is. I'm tired of getting excited about 4 lbs then it comes back.
Its like I'm losing the same 4 lbs over and over again. I think that puts me at .5/30 again. I really don't think it will be possible to make that 30 now.
At this point I'd be happy to see 15 off by then but I'll leave it at 30 and shoot for it.
I will stay OP with WW journaling and kick up the exercise this week. Getting back on track with exercise and journaling every day is 2 of my goals the other is to get my water in.
