Summer Block Party Speculation, Any Activity at Epcot International Gateway?

I know there has not yet been an announcement about a summer block party and the summer is passing quickly. My hope is that they will have a block party and are withholding announcment until they announce BLT. They would then use the block party to promote BLT sales (like they did with AKV). Wishful thinking, I know.


Has anyone noticed if there has been any activity at all at the block party site outside the Epcot international gateway? Does it look like they are getting ready for something or is it totally quiet?

I posted on another thread. My BF wrote to MS recently and they wrote back and said there will be NO party this summer.

Wow, that's not cool! I have been waiting for the announcement and I was wondering why it was taking so long. I have always had fun at these events...

WHY? This would have been our 1st one, being new to DVC, and was looking forward to it.

That is to bad, my kids had so much fun there last year. We were hoping to have another party this year.
