I don't know anything about it, but that looks like it is just a FL lake. If so, there are the common dangers...alligators and brain eating amoeba. That's why River Country closed. All of the negative reviews are from people that accept that cheap $99 for a week vacation that requires a timeshare tour. They complain they have to go on the tour and deal with salesman. I always say you can't fix stupid. If you don't want the timeshare hassle, don't go on a $99 week long vacation that requires a timeshare tour.

We stayed there several years ago on a SkyAuction bid ($199/wk 2bdrm). It was a nice resort and we enjoyed our stay. However, we probably wouldn't go back at it is a bit of a drive back and forth to the parks, 30 mins each way depending on traffic. Not so bad in the morning but at the end of a long day, it seemed like a long way.

While we didn't see any gators or had our brains eaten, Summer Bay's true claim to "fame" is they experienced a sinkhole that swallowed a couple of their buildings (just google "Summer Bay Sinkhole Clermont"). Supposedly rebuilt but...
