Review Suites for a decent price near WDW or Universal

I'm planning to go to Disney World next spring with my dad and my brother. We're all adults (and I'm a girl), so we'd like to find a hotel with three separate beds. I've looked into condos a bit, but would really prefer a hotel suite. Does anybody have any suggestions for a nice hotel (I'm a bit picky...) for a reasonable price (preferably $200 or less per night)? I don't really have a preference for whether it's closer to Disney or Universal - we'll be visiting both.

Any help would be much appreciated!

For $200/per night you have a pretty generous budget. I would suggest one of the many timeshare resorts in the area. You can get a full 2BR for that price at any of the recommended resorts in the area. Bonnet Creek has a huge following here, but there are many other top flight resorts available, including the Sheraton Vistana Resort, Hilton Grand Vacation Club (SeaWorld or I-Drive).

Staying at a timeshare resort is alot like a hotel stay with added benefits except that you don't generally have daily housekeeping (just a mid-week tidy and towel change), although even that is available for a small daily charge at many resorts.

Some are available like a hotel stay through your travel agent, or from the management company (like Sheraton/Starwood), others are easily rented from owners.
