Hi! We just returned from a great vacation at HRH. Had a poolview standard room booked at entertainment rate of $140. We checked in Sunday evening and was told that $35 upgrade was available on club level. But when we saw the room, the kids were disappointed because it was obviously just a standard room with a parking lot view. They really wanted the larger room and didn't appreciate the club level ammenities. So I called the desk and was told that all regular suites were sold out but they did have a kids suite on the 5th floor which we gladly changed to. It was HUGE compared to the standard room we just changed from and at only $175 per night, it was a steal. I hope you get as lucky!
