Suite or Condo walking distance to Convention Center

Does anyone know of a suite (2 beds) or condo complex within walking distance to the convention center? The Residence Inn near there is pretty pricey! We are going the last week in October and the Staybridge Suites we stayed at in 2005 is already booked -- likely due to HHN at US. Thanks!
