Suing Santa? thread. Nowadays, people sue for everything and anything. So if Santa existed, what would you sue him (and/or Mrs. Claus, the elves, reindeer, workshop, etc.) for? Breaking an entry? Stealing food? Non working toys? Unequal amount of presents compared to a sibling? Have fun with the thread.

Ummm, so distress via overstimulation by way of being so stinking cute that it triggers random episodes of joy and giddiness when I forget to adult and slip into a place where I might start singing Christmas Carols out loud in stores to the detriment of all who can hear me.

While you are at it all the reindeer and snowmen should also be written up... might want to add puppies, kittens and such.

That’s why I don’t decorate outside the house. I do stealth Christmas. If he doesn’t see anything outside, he won’t come snooping around inside.

Santa has no reason to fear me. My daughter? Well, she is still mad at Santa and her mom and I for never getting her a Barbie Jeep. She's 31 and still mad, even though her mom and I bought her a REAL car when she turned 16. And she has put us, and I presume Santa, on notice that her nieces better not get a Barbie Jeep either.

There is a legend in the Netherlands that Santa travels around with, and, I'm not joking here, several black men also named Zwarte Piet. Needless to say, the tradition has become more controversial in recent years. While I applaud Santa's commitment to affirmative action, I would probably file a lawsuit against him for failing to provide adequate health insurance for his helpers.
