Hi Everyone!
I've been visiting this board for awhile now, but am new to posting. In June, I went back to Disneyland for the first time in 12 years! I went with my husband, and two sons (ages 4 and 2). We had so much fun we ended up purchasing deluxe passes. We are both teachers so we ended up squeezing a trip in before school started in August and then went again in December. When we were there in December it poured on us! It was really wet and very cold. I am having a case of the winter blues and would love to head down to disney for some SUN! I know it's been raining there again this week....

Here's my question, we can head down after school on Friday and get into Anaheim late at night. ( We live in the bay area). So I'm trying to decide if we should go next weekend (head down on Friday night 2/12 and come back late MOnday night (we only get monday off but I know a lot of people get the entire week off) or go the following weekend. If we went the 19th, it would only be Friday night to Sunday night and I'm not sure about that much driving..... However, if we go on the weekend of the 12th we are blocked out Sat/Sun so we would have to pay to get in one of those days and then try and do something else on the other day. We would be able to get in free with our pass on Monday. I'm thinking we could do a character breakfast or lunch and downtown disney, or even maybe check out a beach.......Does anyone have any insight/thoughts? Thanks so much!
Lisa

It will be VERY crowded president's weekend. It will be one of the first long weekends for a lot of people. If the rains finally lift...............well good luck.

I am going next Monday, so I have been checking the weather and it looks like it might..knock on weeod, fingers crossed, etc that it might be better down there!!

Maybe upgrade to premium passes, I swear the extra disounts make up the difference!!!
