We are on the basic dining plan, staying eight nights. We are a party of three. 2 adults, 1 DS12 so Disney adult. We will have 8 table service credits. I need two more. Do you guys have any suggestions based on the following:
Donald's Safari Breakfast
Coral Reef
Sci Fi Dine Inn
Plaza
Mamma Melrose
Teppan Edo

We are pretty unadventurous eaters. I don't eat seafood, neither does DS. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Don't order the steak at the Sci-Fi and you should be fine!

I would suggest the Boma breakfast buffet at AKL and either Kona Cafe (Polynesian - more low key) or Whispering Canyon Cafe (WL - more high-energy) for a lunch while at the MK.

Have fun!

I suggest Whispering Canyon Cafe (WL) and O'Hana (Polynesian). Both are terrific and all-you-can-eat (a great value when using the dining plan).

Definitely Ohana! Coral Reef is great, Mama Melrose is good, and I always love lunch at the Plaza. Kona is great for breakfast too!

FWIW, I thought WCC was gross.

I would spend the final two credits on a Signature meal. We loved Narcoossee's, but I've also heard Yachtsman is excellent and that might be a great place for your "adult" not a fan of seafood family.

Another 2TS option would be Hoop Dee Doo Review. Again lots of families love it, humor will probably appeal to DS and you and DH can have wine or beer included with the meal. Tips are also included in the 2TS for this meal.

Here are a few of our favorites:

* Crystal Palace breakfast - at MK

* Cape May buffet dinner (it's supposed to be a clam bake, but there are plenty of non seafood choices) - at Beach Club

* Biergarten in Germany - in Epcot

Based on your list

Sci Fi is a lot of fun. So is Teppan Edo.

We recently went to MM (never been there prior) and was very surprised at how good the food really was.

If you are adventurous have you considered BOMA. Thats our favorite buffet on property.

I would suggest Mamma Melrose's. The children might enjoy the 5 cheese pizza.

Based on your selections I would go with Le Cellier

Donald's Safari Breakfast is really good. It's the only place that has Daisy.

Sci-Fi is also neat with the cars and watching the movie clips, just don't order the steak.

Coral Reef is hit and miss. People have had bad experiences with servers and others have had a great time. We did not have a very good server. It was fun having the special menus for the children and the diver, but now I hear they aren't doing it anymore.

I agree!! LOVED IT!

I highly reccomend Prime Time @ DHS! It was wonderful! Try not to get too late of a seating though, because they might try to rush you out and the experience won't be the same.
