After months of planning I think I finally have my plans nailed down, but I have never been to WDW in January. I would love some comments on my current plans.... Not even sure of exactly what I am asking for...I just feel so unsure that I will not have accounted for weather or something like that. My last trip was in May so I don't have anything to compare the January weather to.

The trip with be myself and my DW and our DS4 and twin DD's18months. I am running the 5k on January 9th and we want to make sure to rest as much as possible while still seeing/doing as much as possible. Don't quite know what to expect with the kids, so we want to plan less to play it safe.
