Suggestions? Our nearly-complete ADR list

We can make our reservations tomorrow (we're on the DxDDP for August) and we've only done the DxDP, so tell me how this looks (or if you have any suggestions!). We're staying in the GF and since Grandma is coming with (and she'll be in a wheelchair or using a walker), we're only doing the parks and dining at the resorts on the monorail.

Day 1 (Arrival):
No breakfast (we'll be flying)
Lunch (?...Grand Floridian Cafe maybe? Suggestions?)
Dinner- 'Ohana (Unless they get rid of the potatoes and the bread pudding)

Day 2 (Epcot)
Breakfast- Akershus Princess Breakfast
Lunch- Coral Reef
Dinner- Tutto Italia

Day 3 (MK)
Breakfast- 1900 Park Fare
Lunch- Crystal Palace
Dinner- CRT (assuming we can get the reservations...if not, probably California Grill)

Day 4 (Resort Day)
Breakfast- Kona Cafe
Lunch- Chef Mickeys (first dinner seating, so late lunch)
Dinner- Narcoosees (latest seating we can get)

Day 5 (Epcot)
Breakfast- Snack credit
Lunch- Chefs de France (we did dinner here last year)
Dinner- Le Cellier

Day 6 (MK)
Breakfast- Crystal Palace
Lunch- ? (Any suggestions anywhere in MK or in the MK resorts?)
Dinner- Tony's

Well, I'm not going to comment on how much food you are assuming to be able to comfortably consume, but I will no longer feel bad for the foie gras geese if you are successful in your attempt.
The only technical problems I see are your "(first dinner seating, so late lunch)" reservations, followed by later dinners. Unless I'm very mistaken, your multiple reservations which occupy the same service are subject to cancellation by WDW. Instead of the "(first dinner seating, so late lunch)", you may want to book the last lunch seating, (so late lunch), followed by dinner. That way you will not have two meals booked during the same seating.
