This X-mas (Dec 17th-22nd) I will be taking mom myself and either dbf or best friend to Disney!!! It will be dbf's first trip in 5 years and best friends first trip ever! (who goes depends on who can save up the $ for their flight) So my question is, what restaurants would be ideal to enhance the experiences for these people! (This is my treat I am paying for everything but the flights so please keep in mind I am a semi-broke college student!!!) I know my favorites, but would like to try some new places and some different places!
Don't make yourself go broke though, maybe you could offer to pay for one really nice meal. That is alot of expense to take on, paying for everyones meals! Anyway, not knowing what restaurants you have been to and what are your favorites, I can only tell you what I think you may enjoy. I would keep alot of the meal simple (or you will still be paying off you college loans in 2050)
. In the Magic Kingdom, I would go with either Cosmic Rays or Noodle Station in Tommorowland or Columbia House in Liberty Square for lunch. For dinner I always think the Crystal Palace is good for the money, you could have a nice buffet there and the characters come around. In MGM, go to maybe the Commissary or CS place and try either Prime Time or Sci-Fi for Dinner. Or while your in MGM you could take the boat ride (not long and very scenic) over to the Beach Club and eat at Beaches and Cream or you could take the boat to Boardwalk and eat at ESPN (your bf would probally like that). In EPCOT I would stick to the World Showcase, it's fun eating in the different countries. Maybe Cantina de San Angel (CS) for lunch and Teppanyaki (habatchi style) or Alfredos for dinner. This is totally a personal preferance as to what kind of food you like. In AK, I really like Flame Tree BBQ for lunch or dinner. But if you wanted to do something a little special for dinner try Boma over at the AKL. I sure you have this site already but just in case here it is again, just to get an idea of prices and menus:
