Hi - celebrating some big things this trip in September. We’re there for 4 days total. It’s myself, husband and two adult kids in their 20’s.
If you could pick some special events in the parks what would they be? We’re strongly considering a VIP tour. We have tix to the Halloween party already. I’m reading about the fireworks cruise for one night (maybe). Any other great / special ideas we could do? What would be on your list? We’ll be staying at the Polynesian towers. Thanks!

wow, you have a great list already! the KTTK tour was a top pick for my friend too, but if you're going to only be there 4 park days, you won't have much time to other things! Our kttk tour took most of our day that we were going to Cirque at night with the getting ready and all haha)

I would also pick a tour at AK...

but if you happen to be in WDW the week of Labor day, no need to shell out all that money for a VIP tour, it was DEAD (the only time I can confidently say is less people nowadays haha) in comparison to normal times.....

but to save your "in park" fireworks times, maybe if you happen to be arriving earlier in the day and taking advantage of the water parks ticket, schedule a fireworks cruise that night!

Super helpful - thank you!

We loved caring for giants , the behind the scenes look at the elephants at animal kingdom. Would have loved to do the wild African trek but it was too expensive for us.

Victoria & Alberts would be a dream of mine! Consistently great reviews for fine dining.

Do you all drink wine? On select dates Wine Bar George runs a blind wine tasting event, run by George himself around lunch time. Much fun, so informative as a bonus!

The party is a late night and makes for a long day, so I would make sure there is plenty of rest time scheduled.

It is also hot and humid, thus I would probably make the entire trip evening-focused and avoid trying to cram in too much. I would personally pick a VIP tour during a time when the weather is better.

I'd suggest something as simple as the Germany buffet and show at Epcot,. then watching the fireworks.

Or perhaps dinner at California Grill and watch the fireworks from there.

Enjoy your time together!

We loved the Savor the Savanna tour at AK. Pricey but a great tour with food and wine in a boma in the middle of the savanna, and time to talk to and ask questions to an animal kingdom animal keeper. Pricey but so fun.

We really enjoy the La Cava Tequila Experience at the Mexico pavilion.
Also pricey but worth it.

Less expensive is the Behind the Seeds tour in the Land Pavilion at EP. Very interesting and unique at a more manageable price point.

If you happen to be staying at CSR, there is a Sangria University that is fun as well.

Love the fireworks cruises, have done both Epcot and MK…both were great experiences and great options for a group…I like the MK dessert party….I'm interested in the geo 25 fireworks experience….also a trip to trader Sam’s is lots of fun…and my final favorite treat is a trip to the spa….the foot refresher is highly recommended

I'll 2nd a Keys to the Kingdom tour. It's pricy but it is really worth every penny. If you like Disney, it shows you a side of the place and the imagineering that you'd never see otherwise.

I'd also spend the cash to stay at a deluxe resort. The amenities, the immersion into Disney are amazing. If you've never stayed there, I'd recommend Wilderness Lodge. It is so immersive and different. When you here the doorman say "Welcome Home" you'll tear up.
