We sort of did a red-eye by mistake and still enjoyed the themeparks.
(We scheduled a 7am flight out of Atlanta. Well, I forgot that Atlanta is an hour ahead of us, and that you have to be at the airport 2 hours early. So 7am, turned into 4am, and we had to give ourselves time to get dressed and get to the airport, which meant that we had to get up at 3:15a.m.
I also go to bed late, and could not get to sleep. I got 1 1/2 hours sleep.)
We were at the BWV by 9:30 a.m., and headed straight to Epcot. Our room was ready by 2:30 and we had a couple of hours of rest before our Biergarten ressie at 5:30. We got back to the room about 10 p.m. and were pretty bushed.
You should be fine with a pretty busy day. You'll be so tired that you'll hit the sack early and wake up on Orlando time.
