Suggestions for one more meal

I have our PS's mostly set for our July trip. Typically we end up so tired one or two nights that we skip a sit down meal and just snack so I hadn't picked out as many restuarants as we have nights. However, since we are going 4th of july week, we have decided we would be better off having a meal booked for each night. I need one more restaurant and am looking for suggestions. We are staying at WL and it is DS 6, DH and I. Here is what I already have:

Whispering Canyon
Ohana
Boma
Artist's Point
CRT for dinner
Brown Derby (Fanstasmic Dinner Package)
Liberty Tree Tavern
Le Cellier
50's prime time

We also have Chef Mickeys and Ohana booked for Charactor Breakfasts.

Any thoughts?

Crystal Palace
Rose & Crown
California Grill
O'Hana's (I'd do dinner here. It's great)

how about Trail's End Buffet at FW? it is great for either breakfast or dinner!

What about Sci-Fi? Or maybe a mexican restaurant or someplace in Italy?

It's funny, I'm going thru the same thing you are. We're making PS for lunch and dinner because we have DDE, we've never really made any prior to our trip before
We're also eating a lot of the same places you are

Kona Cafe at the Polynesian
Trail's End at Fort Wilderness (only a boat ride away)
Sci-Fi at MGM
Mama Melrose's at MGM
