Suggestions for getting to Universal?

We are staying at CSR and doing the Disney parks, but we want to do Universal on our last full day in Orlando. I know Disney doesn't transport to Universal Studios, but what are my options (other than a taxi or Uber?) to get to and from the park?

Mears shuttle, taxi/uber, public bus, rental car.

You can also use a Town Car service. It's about $85 + tip return

We used Tony Hinds last year for our trip to Universal. He picked us up at the airport, took us to Portofino @ Universal, picked us up at the end of our trip and took us back to the airport ~ all for $100. He's wonderful! I don't know what he'd charge for what you're wanting, but it can't hurt to ask. Look on the Universal board down below for his contact info.

I just used Tony to go from BWVs to US/IoA and back to BWV. It cost $100. A little high, but the service was great.
I normally use Mears....$20, or so, pp r/t.
