Suggestions for closing company?

We may go through with an individual listing for BWV. Just wondering what some reputable closing companies are. Thanks!

I would use one who does a LOT of DVC transfers and has a good reputation.

Magic Vacation Title is very good. We've used them for several DVC transactions.

I second ***, they've been wonderful and very communicative for all of the contracts we had closed with them!

*** doesn't really handle a lot of individual transactions they like dealing with the brokers. When I expressed interest in using them for a personal sale they said they would consider it. I use timeshare title & more for all my transactions. They aren't the absolute best with communication, but they are good enough (a day or two to respond by email, if you call them they take care of things right away) and they have the lowest fees of anyone.

LT transfers is likely the cheapest over doing it yourself. One should be able to get out for about $150 total. It's really not a complicated issue if one has done due diligence.
