Hi,
My wife and I will be staying at Ft. Wilderness in our motor home from January 29th to February 12th. We are both retired and live in Maryland.
We have a 10 day park hopper pass to the parks.
My wife's birthday is February 2nd. My "plan is that we will be in Epcot most of the day, but there is nothing written in stone about that, and I could change that in a heartbeat.

I'm looking for suggestions as to what to do special for her on that day.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.

PS.. we already have plans for the Hoop-De-Doo on 1/29 and Cirque Du Soleil on 2/6.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Grand Floridian's Spa Treatment My DW loved it! It paid off in dividends, if you know what I mean  !

TheRustyScupperRomanceAgenda: (Reasonable - Inexpensive - Free)

REASONABLE:
. . . A leisurely afternoon at the Grand Floridian Tea.
. . . Evening Jazz at Scat Cat lounge at PO French Quarter.
. . . Evening drinks in Grand Floridian lobby with the string quartet.
. . . Disney Florist deliver flowers to your restaurant.
. . . Rent a pontoon lake cruise with food.
. . . Reserve a 1-hr private (joint) spa treatment at the Grand Floridian.
. . . Walk around the grounds of resort, and arrange dinner waiting at a table on the path.
. . . Send your wife flowers on no special day with a note "Happy Unbirthday to You".

INEXPENSIVE:
. . . Enjoying a drink while sitting in the garden behind Epcot-England.
. . . Server bring a pre-arranged birthday cake.
. . . Tip servers to sing Happy Birthday or Happy Wedding.
. . . Pull a glass slipper from your suitcase.

FREE:
. . . People-watch at FW from the porch, while her moving rocking chair with your foot.
. . . Any of the boat rides after dark.
. . . Relaxing in the resort hot tub. (Libations optional)
. . . Draw her a warm bubble bath, and put her favorite perfume into the water.
. . . Write a note saying "Love You", put in her underwear drawer.
. . . When you get back after, slowly take off her shoes, and rub her feet. (A definite killer!)
. . . When tasting the wine, place her finger in the glass and taste the wine from her finger.
. . . When getting dressed, tell her she still turns you on, even GETTING dressed.
. . . If she wears glasses, take them and PUT THEM ON her, caressing her cheeks.
. . . Instead of sitting across from her at the restaurant, sit next to her, and play "kneezies".
. . . Lastly, write her a poem. Style doesn't count. The THOUGHT is the important thing.

OMG - Rusty Scupper. I'm sure Steady Eddy will find something worthwhile here. What a romantic you are! Love all of your ideas and couldn't add a thing. Ill be sure my DH sees this .... maybe for our next trip. Hope you treat the DW to some of these.

You have some great ideas listed above :)

A reserved carriage ride would be nice and romantic :) a nice soak in the hot tub followed by fireworks on the beach would be my ideal bday!

What a lucky lady to have you pre planning her bday SO SWEET!!!!

We will be down there through the 31st in two cabin style tents stop by and say hello if you get a chance.

Your coming down at the best time for crowd control too.

WOW!!!
Thanks for all the great ideas.
I really like the carriage ride idea... I'll make a reservation for that one.
We will probably watch the electric parade from the beach after the hoop-de-do the first night, as we won't be doing any parks the first day.
I'll pick out a couple more things from the great lists you all sent to me for her B-Day.

Thanks again.
