Suggestions for best time of day to check RAT ?

I have a one night waitlist at the beginning of our trip for a studio at BCV Sat, Nov 26( Have a studio booked at OKW for that night) The rest of our stay is safely booked at BCV but airfare was a lot cheaper if we flew in a day before we had planned hence the need for the waitlisted room. Does anyone have suggestions for the best times of day to check the RAT in hopes of finding the room before the waitlist?

I have not had a certain time work better than others for grabbing a cancelled room. My advice is just to check often. Many times a day. Availability changes by the minute!

I wouldn't use the RAT, just use the normal resort booking tool. If you use RAT, the villa you find could disappear in the moment it takes to go from that to the booking tool.

I agree. Since you know exactly what you want, to match up with what you have (and there are no view categories at BCV), just use the booking tool.

Recently, we have had 3 one night wait lists come through. I hope you check your dashboard once and find the wait list gone!

I second using the booking tool not the RAT. The RAT is really best for when you are outside the 7 month window

I was in a similar situation. Like you, came in a day early because of airfare. Had BWV standard booked for 8 nights. Had to add a day before so booked okw studio and waitlisted up until 7 days out. I also stalked the rat many times a day. Sadly it never came through, so tomorrow I'll be at okw the first night, then move to BWV. I really thought, heck one night, maybe I'll have a good chance. Didn't work out for us, but hope you have better luck. On a side note, you could add dining for the one night and use your mugs on the second part of your stay at bcv.

Almost afraid to even post that I also have a one night waitlist at bcv for October 24th in a studio -- again because of airfare. Been on that waitlist for many months now and losing hope as days go by....I guess I'm a waitlist failure.
