I am stuck in a breakfast rut!
Every morning I have the same thing for breakfast -- a bagel with 1 T whipped cream cheese -- 6 WW points and either a 3 point yogurt or a skinny hazelnut latte 3 points. Don't get me wrong, I actually like this breakfast or I wouldn't eat it day after day after day.
But I am a bit stuck in my weight loss and need some ideas for alternatives that won't leave me starving at 9:30 a.m.
Any ideas or suggestions welcome!

I think I will try the two part breakfast and see how that works. Part of my problem is that on work days I eat both breakfast and lunch at my desk -- I probably should work on doing that less, too and I only live 3 miles from my office. I'm the boss so I could unchain myself from my desk . . . 
I figure that you must live in a college town, too, why else would they name your city "State College"?
