We have done three different character breakfasts in past trips: CRT, 1900 Park Fare, and Chef Mickey's. It's just DH and myself. Would like to try something else...any suggestions?

Thanks

O'Hana at the Poly is fun- with Stitch there now it should be even better. With just you and your hubby you could stroll the grounds after breakfast :sunny: .

DW,DD & I ate at the Crystal Cafe 2 years ago and tried again this
past week(BOOKED!)...the restaurant: 1-it's a buffet style eatery
2-The Hundred Acre Wood characters are all there!!!
The atmosphere is probably one of the best for us. Glass ceilings, all
you can eat, view of Cindy's house & the food is superb to say the
least. We all loved the prime rib(best I ever had...bar none!) and the
only caution we found...the shrimp bowl(chilled on ice) was highly
peppered! I suppose it's that way so that it doesn't just disappear!

I would strongly recommend you call TODAY and reserve seating!
It's a great way of feasting during your travels through the
Magic Kingdom!

Good Luck! ;)

We had a group of 11. Ages 3 to 60. Did 4 character meals and Donald's BreakfastO'Saurus at Animal Kingdom was AWESOME. Buffet breakfast which everyone loved. The original character's- like mickey, donald, goofy. They all spent so much time with everyone. Played all kinds of silly jokes. Say yes if someone asks you if you want ketchup even if you don't. LOL Promise you won't get messy. It was just so much fun compared to all of the other's.

Crystal Palace is a must do for us every trip! Try to schedule your meal at the earliest seating (usually 8:05 am) -- there are lots of great photo ops with no people in your pix!

Another of our favorite character breakfasts is the Cape May breakfast in the Beach Club resort. The food selection is good and the character interaction is great :thumbsup2 It is a little off the beaten path so it doesn't seem to get as hectic as other character meals. It is just a short walk from Epcot through the International Gateway.

WE really love Garden Grill in Epcot. THe food is wonderful!! Mickey, Pluto and CHip and Dale are there!!

All of character meals (breakfast and dinner) are so fun! Crystal Palace is our favorite! Breakfastosauraus at Animal Kingdom is also very nice (we encountered a unattentive waitress taking care of us but this happens, unfortunately). The dinners at Chef Mickeys are also great! I recommend them all!! pixiedust:

Crystal Palace or Cape May would be my first choices for just me and another adult. Donald's Breakfastosaurus was nice, but a different vibe, so it'd depend on the atmosphere you're looking for.

We just tried Liberty Tree Tavern for the first time and loved it. We have done quite a few character meals over the years, and I think this might be my new favorite. The characters were very playful, and even when they weren't at your table, they were fun to watch. The food was very good too!

I know it has already been mentioned, but I wanted to chime in for Liberty Tree Tavern. It is just me and dh and we've done many of the character meals and this is one of the very best in our experience. I know just adults at character meals has a wide range of experiences from people but the characters here treated us just like any other table.

Have fun!! :tink:

I like the Crystal Palace even without the kids. I actually cry like a moron when Eyeore comes to the table. I completely lose sight of the fact that these are not the actual characters themselves!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have to discuss with DH, but I think I'm leaning toward the CP. Absolutely LOVE Tigger (duh!) - and have never had my picture taken with him!

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Starting my under two week dance!
