Love the cute titles for the threads but they're not very helpful...would really appreciate the names of the restaurants in the title (as many as possible--or separate threads). Would save a lot of time when looking for specific restaurants!

Have you tried putting the name of the restaurant in the search facility should bring up reviews you want.

Also if you click on the first page of each thread a lot list the places they will be reviewing.

It's the titles that distenguish each report! Plus people write reviews for their whole trip wrapped into one report. If people split it all up into individual restaurant reviews it would be just as hard to find what you are looking for because the category would be over run! Even when people update the title with the current restaurant they review it gets changed with the next review so it won't help to find what you are looking for.

The easiest thing to do if you are looking for a specific review is to do a search and make sure you just search the restaurant reviews instead of the whole of the boards.

The title of the restaurant AND the date the reviewer ate there would would be the most helpful thread title of all and the date would distinguish the threads.

The problem with doing a search for every restaurant you are considering means you waste a lot of time and often end up with information that isn't current and therefore useless.

There is a tab on the top of TheDIS that says "Dining" (see the line that starts with Theme Parks...Resorts...Orlando Area Hotels, etc). If you drop down the menu, you will find "Restaurants." Type in the specific place you are looking for and then select reviews for that restaurant; you will find a bunch of reviews, with the most recent closest to the top.

You are right about it being tedious to search this thread. I try to make my dining report easy to read selectively by putting an index on my first page and editing my title. It isn't ideal, but it helps for those who visit this board on a regular basis and follow all of the DRs. For those who pop in out out only occasionally, it is hard to find useful information. Maybe you will find that other tab more helpful. Good luck!
