Suggestion? MCO to US then US to BI, finally BI to airport

Hello everyone.

Wondering what everyone thoughts are on transportation for 3 different instances.

Arrive Thursday, Thanksgiving day, and have reservations at the Royal Pacific.
Then Saturday (Nov 30th), go from Royal Pacific to Boardwalk Inn.
Finally, on Wednesday, BI to MCO.

I went on the Mears Transportation website and got a quote for a luxury van of $78 for a one way trip from MCO to Royal Pacific, and another $78 from RP to BI.

Does that sound right to anyone? $78? Its cheaper than the shuttle they offer. Anyone have experience using a luxury van from Mears for one way trips? (Traveling party is 5 adults and a 2 yr old)

For BI to MCO, I signed up for DME.

Any other suggestions?
