Does anyone have a suggestion for a lunch at DTD (CS or TS)?

Extra points if it's on DDE (but really only Capn Jack's and Planet Hollywood are, now that Wolfgang Puck is off the list) :)

I'm not looking for a huge meal, since we'll be eating dinner later that night, but I don't want Mc Donald's either. Maybe someplace with good salads or sandwiches? Any ideas? :goodvibes

Earl of Sandwich is AWESOME! We've eaten there two times and both have been fantastic. I have had their roast beef with horseradish sauce - SO good. DH had the Hawaiin - ham and turkey with pineapple I think. I also recently had the chinese chicken salad. And DH had the Full Montague.

Hope this helps!!!

Wolfgang puck express. The asian chicken salad was pretty durn good.

I dined here solo a few years ago and really enjoyed it. Thought the food and service was very good. :thumbsup2

Tried RFC @ DTD once and never again. :sad2: Awful food and service there.

We enjoyed Earl of Sandwich so much on our last trip, that we made a second visit later in the week. DH and I split two sandwiches each time (they're the size of a large sub sandwich) so we ended up trying 4 different sandwiches. The Full Montagu, The Original, The Earl's Club and The All American were all very tasty, and a real bargain at $4.95 each. The Earl Grey lemonade was delicious too!

Have fun!

I would recommend any place but the "Earl of Sandwitch." In my opinion this is the very worst eatery at Walt Disney World.

We like Earl of Sandwich. Had a great meal there and it wasn't that expensive either.

Another vote for Earl of Sandwich. Yummy tuna melts and the homemade ice cream sandwiches were a really nice treat. Early Grey Lemonade is very refreshing! Don't let the low prices fool you, these are fabulous sandwiches and salads.

:thumbsup2

Both Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich are great! :thumbsup2 Either one would be a good choice (or even both!! :rotfl2: )
