Suggestion for Holiday dinner!

We will be WDW from 12/1 -12/6 & staying at OKW with my MIL & SIl & would like to take them to a nice dinner to start our vacation. They have never stayed on Disney property & are very excited. We have 2 kids (DD-7 & DS-10) & was thinking of maybe a character dinner at either Chef Mickey's or Grand Floridian. My MIL wants to see all the resorts decorations.

Any ideas? Is it too late for PS's?
