Hello -
I have been busy making altered paint cans for Christmas presents. I have almost all of them filled with gifts, except for those for a few grandparents who are doing the no/low sugar thing.
I was wondering if anybody has a really good low sugar (or sugar free) cookies recipe they would like to share. I've tried just replacing sugar with splenda or equal in my favorite recipes, and that does not work!!! I've been to their websites, but I wanted something that has worked for others before I invest in the $6+ bag of splenda for baking.
