It's Tuesday today and we have decided to go back to Epcot again.
The Four Tops are playing tonight and I want to see them !!
Seeing as we are staying for the fireworks at night we have decided to go in around mid afternoon, so I had a brainwave - let's go shopping first !!

Back to Florida Mall - I got a few (4) tops for the winter, son got clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch (again), Keith got shoes and we got more clothes for David too.

We decided to eat in the USA in world showcase tonight as it was handy for the Eat to the beat concert, as it was about to start. No queues for the Four Tops and we got good seats. Don't think I've converted my son to this music though - he prefers rap.

Wednesday

Wasn't as warm and sunny today but decided to go to IOA/Universal again and catch up with the rides we missed last time.

Even managed to see "The Vinyls" concert at Mels Drive-in in full this time.
They were nothing special but I like 50's and 60's music.

Went to Sizzlers in the evening for dinner as we were starving.

Thursday

Today is a sad day for me. It was a year ago today that I lost my Mum.
But they had golf booked for today at the Buena Vista course so I decided I would go with them as it might help to cheer me up. (I have to say, Iain's golfing improves every time I watch him play...... although he did get shouted at by a foursome up front as one of his drives nearly hit one of them !!) He really shouldn't drive that far !!

Golf over we decide we want another look around SSR and OKW.

Decided on Bennigans for dinner again, and yet another cocktail !!
Well...... I have to try all of them before I go home !!

Friday

Sea World today again. Decided to stay for the Shamu Rocks show tonight - as we didn't stay last time. This show is amazing !! I love seeing the Killer whales - but do feel sad for them. They should really be out swimming in the Ocean. Sadly no photos of the night time show though, as we had left the camera in the car today.

Saturday

Today we lazed around a bit. We were going to Typhoon Lagoon today but it was dull so decided against it. (Was another trip to the Malls in our schedule - but of course).

Didn't stay long though - Keith and Iain wanted to get my Birthday card today, so went to Walgreens where I stocked up on nail stuff. (Buffers, varnishes, etc). Back to hotel early and son went for a swim in the pool, and had a couple of hours at the gym, while I DISsed for a bit, then got ready to go for dinner.

Sunday

Hey, it's sunny today and a lot warmer, so we decide Typhoon Lagoon is a MUST. But despite me knowing when it was going down for refurbishment we headed off to find the Park closed !! Ok, so it's off to Blizzard Beach then, which was packed. I love the lazy river and the raft ride !!

Off to Bahama Breeze tonight and meal was gorgeous !! The Margarita Chicken and the Key Lime Pie were amazing.

Decided to play crazy golf tonight and I'm not sure if it was the Margarita cocktail I had, but I won !! :thumbsup2

Monday

My Birthday today so I decided on my favourite park again - Magic Kingdom.
It was a bit dull and rainy to start with but brightened up in the afternoon. I got my Birthday Badge and all the cast members wished me a Happy Birthday. The guy at Buzz Lightyear even gave us 3 fast passes - so back to Splash Mountain we went !! This was fun - have you ever done it in the rain ??

The rain by this time seemed like it would never stop, but it did, and we got our Turkey legs at last !!

Even managed to stay for the Parade and Wishes at night so it ended up a lovely day.

Tuesday

Today we have a lie in, go to Ponderosa for our last breakfast, then head off to the Mall for a while, then to the airport. Our flight is at 7 p.m.

Why is it always sad coming home ?

Another great report Sue. Sad to go home. Funnily enough, we went to Typhoon Lagoon on Saturday pm. It was raining lightly, but it was warm rain (82F) and we were going to get wet anyway. The big plus, with us all being very fair skinned we didn't end up looking like lepers.

Thanks for sharing your reports, Sue. Sounds like you enjoyed your birthday despite the weather, lucky we are used to that in the UK, eh?!
