Sudden, unexpected trip to DL

DH and I were scheduled to go to Houston Texas next weekend...Fri - Sun for a convention. It was suddenly cancelled without warning. So we have decided to spend the three days at Disneyland in California instead. It will be short and sweet, but we have been there many times....
We are going in one week.....cant wait!!

I love Disneyland.
I was there in July for one day only (I won a radio contest to spend 3 nights in Vegas and drove to California one of the days). I had a blast.

Don't forget to take advantage of the single rider lines if you or your husband don't like the thrill rides. Most of the best rides from the Disney California Adventure park have single rider lines and not too many people know about it.
If I'm not mistaken, only Splash Mountain has this at "Disneyland's MK".

The great thing about Disneyland is the idea of park-hopping being so easy. I don't do it at Disneyworld (don't think it's worth it the cost and "travel time" involved) but at Disneyland, the two parks are 100 meters apart. Also, Downtown Disney is also walking distance, which is great.
