Success in renting points for Aulani in September (2015)?

Hi All!

We are looking at renting points for a 6 night stay at Aulani in September 2015 (we have some flexibility, it will be after labour day, so lets say either the 2nd or 3rd week). We're interested in:
Standard Hotel Room
Standard View Studio
Island Garden View Studio

If I make my request at the 11 month mark through a DVC rental site, do you think I will be likely to get one of those three categories?

As an aside: How comfortable is the pull out couch at Aulani?

At 11 months, you should get one of those rooms. As for the pull-out, I've laid in it, but never slept in it. Very comfortable
