Success!! Disney passed ROFR for Bay Lake Tower

I just heard from Fidelity and Disney has wiaved their ROFR.

2 Seperate February Contracts:

#1) 160pts (160 + 154 banked = 314pts for 2012)
#2) 160pts (160 + 48 banked = 208pts for 2012)

$80/pt for both contracts

I know I still have to wait a while to get everthing officially set up but the hard part is over.

So exciting!!

I was shocked that the two seperate buyers accepted my offer. I offered $11 and $10 less then what they were asking.

I'm even more pleased that Disney approved everything.

My wife and I are so excited, only if our 5,3 & 10mth year old new what this meant for the them.

Will Disney allow you to combine them into one membership number? Probably not since they are resale, but since it is the same use year and resort, you never know. They will always be separate contracts, but it might make your future bookings easier.

Yes they will combine the contracts.

Wow. I bought direct back in 2009 at $96 a point and want some Grand Floridian points.....this makes me want to have the patience to wait a few years until some resales of the Grand Floridian show up.
