I want to get the Kahuna platter at Kona but instead of the french toast I want them to add another macadamia pancake...think they will do it?

I have never had an issue with substitutions at WDW. :) I am picky and they have been great about it each time. :)

Most WDW restaurants are WONDERFUL at special orders...it never hurts to ask, the worst they can say is "no". :goodvibes

1) I have never seen substitutions refused.
2) However, the choice of items to substitute might be limited.

It won't be a problem. All you are asking them to do is take one normal item off and add another normal item to it. So instead of maybe getting one French toast and two pancakes that are normally served, you'd get no French toast and three pancakes (or whatever). That's probably the easiest substitute at a Disney restaurant.

The only thing they won't substitute for that breakfast is the Tonga Toast. I tried, and then got the tonga toast by itself. After seeing it, I can see why!
