Substituting at Kona CAfe

I have a dinner ADR at Kona and the teryaki steak is calling me. I just afraid the sirloin won;t be tender enough for me. Do you think they could do the dish using the filet instead.
 
Yes, but you would probably have to order the filet and then do substitutions, since the filet is $3.00 more than the steak
 
FWIW DS12 had the terriyaki steak about 3 weeks ago. He loved it. I tasted it & thought it was great too even for being done medium (I like mine rare). Flavorful & tender. Yes, we are big steak eaters in our house.

If you are a medium to well person I might think of substituting though.
