Has anyone tried substituting half and half for the some of the fat-free milk in sugar free pudding? That way you'd cut out some of the carbs (which are 6g, at least in the ones I saw, per serving). If so, how did the pudding come out? So far, I love the sugar-free jello with light whipped cream (1 g per serving), but was wondering for a change.

I used it once because it's lactaid free (my son and I are lactose intolerant) and thought it would work but the pudding stayed somewhat liquid. Maybe if it's done with part cream and part Half and Half it might work.

I had good success with the half and half and the heavy cream. Now though that there is Carb Countdown milk I am going to try that instead(in a few weeks).

When I was doing SugarBusters I used half & half with it and it was fine!! In fact, I started eating it too much.:teeth:
