Subsidized proof?

i received my closing docs and it doesn't state it is a subsidized contract. The contract i signed has the dues amount as the lesser subsidized amount but no where does it state it is actually subsidized dues. Should I have concern?

No cause for concern... we bought AUL sub dues resale a few months ago and our contract was the same, said dues were $5.17/point (last years amount) but other than that was no different than a regular AUL contract. Don't worry! Congratulations! We both own the cheapest dues of all DVC

If Disney were to exercise ROFR on one of these contracts, can they then resale the points direct with non-subsidised annual dues? If so, I'm kinda surprised these pass ROFR.

They are still selling Aulani, so they are probably not looking for additional inventory.
